1. Binding Contractual Agreement
These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding contract established between you (the individual user, purchaser, or visitor) and Isaac Faniyi / The Dollar Contract Blueprint team. These terms govern your access to, navigation of, enrollment in, and usage of our website properties, landing pages, webinar portals, student dashboards, downloadable digital assets, and community forums.
By clicking “Enroll Now”, submitting a payment form, accessing our course portal, or using any part of our platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in full.
2. Intellectual Property Protection and Licensing
All materials, content, media, structures, video recordings, audio files, sales templates, outreach scripts, market scorecards, industry databases, onboarding SOPs, graphics, text, branding, and proprietary code featured across our platform are the exclusive intellectual property of Isaac Faniyi / The Dollar Contract Blueprint.
Upon successful payment processing, you are granted a limited, personal, single user, non exclusive, non transferable, non assignable, revocable license to access and view our digital materials for your personal business development.
Under this license, you are strictly prohibited from executing any of the following actions:
- Sharing, assigning, selling, renting, or transferring your portal login credentials or access links to any third party.
- Copying, screen recording, downloading, redistributing, publishing, or displaying our course videos or materials on external platforms, file sharing sites, Google Drives, Telegram groups, or public forums.
- Modifying, reverse engineering, adapting, reselling, white labeling, or commercially exploiting any part of our curriculum, scorecards, SOPs, or script templates as your own training products.
- Participating in organized “group buying” schemes, course pooling, or unauthorized distribution networks.
Any unauthorized use, redistribution, or infringement of our intellectual property will result in immediate, permanent termination of your portal access without refund, alongside full legal proceedings under applicable copyright laws.
3. Student Account Security and Community Conduct
You are solely responsible for maintaining the strict confidentiality of your username, password, and portal security credentials. You accept full legal responsibility for all activities, actions, and transactions occurring under your personal user account.
When interacting inside our private student community groups, discussion forums, or live support sessions, you agree to maintain a professional standard of conduct. You agree NEVER to:
- Harass, insult, abuse, threaten, intimidate, or slander other students or staff members.
- Post or distribute unauthorized promotional links, affiliate offers, spam, or competing training programs.
- Solicit other students for illegal schemes, investment pools, or unauthorized commercial activities.
- Share defamatory, deceptive, or malicious statements about the platform or its instructors.
We reserve the absolute right to suspend or permanently ban any user from our community groups and student portal without refund if they violate these conduct rules.
4. Limitation of Legal Liability and Indemnification
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Isaac Faniyi, The Dollar Contract Blueprint team, its affiliates, agents, partners, and contractors shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of your access to, use of, or inability to use our training materials, website tools, or services.
This limitation includes, without limitation, any loss of expected business revenue, lost contract opportunities, advertising spend expenses, technical disruptions, software errors, or commercial losses resulting from your business operations.
You agree to fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Isaac Faniyi, The Dollar Contract Blueprint team, and its operating partners from any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, legal costs, and expenses arising out of your violation of these Terms & Conditions, your misuse of our platform, or your violation of any third party rights.
5. Governing Law and Legal Dispute Resolution
These Terms & Conditions, along with all associated platform policies, shall be governed by, interpreted, and enforced in accordance with the statutory commercial laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
In the event of any dispute, claim, controversy, or disagreement arising out of or relating to these terms, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through informal, good faith negotiations. If the dispute cannot be settled informally within 30 days, it shall be submitted to binding commercial arbitration in accordance with applicable Nigerian arbitration laws.
6. Modifications to Platform Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify, update, amend, or replace any portion of these Legal Terms at any time. All updates will be published directly to this page.
